Using doTERRA oils has been so empowering for my family and I. Each morning we start with the doTERRA vitamins: IQ Mega and LifeLong Vitality Pack.

We love making a delicious green smoothie with the following ingredients:

2 Tbsp IQ mega

1 banana

2 c filtered water

1 large hand full washed organic spinach

1/2 c pineapple (crushed, or chunk)

* Tips:

* Frozen bananas make it creamier

* Freezing spinach is easy and ensures it never spoils! Simply put the entire bag in your freezer upon purchasing it. It will break into a million pieces. Use about a half cup. You can easily add it to soups this way as well!

* Buy a large can of diced or crushed pineapple from a place like Costco, and freeze it in 1/2 cup portions for your smoothie.

Then each kid & I ;) gets a swipe of On Guard oil down their spine and on their hands as they head off to school. This ensures strong immune systems and happy kids.

I also like to pack Lemon water in their glass water bottles, or make a dressing with Lemon if they're bringing a salad for lunch.

While they're at school, I apply oils like Balance, Serenity, Citrus Bliss, Past Tense to support myself during the day.

When they return from school they each get a healthy snack and a drop of citrus oil on their hands. This uplifting oil helps them to transition to home life. I like making On Guard apples* or Lime Pineapple.* Simply add a drop of on guard to a bowl full of water, and add cut up apples. Or, slice a pineapple and toss with 1-2 drops of lime oil.

As my kids do homework, I like to put some In Tune oil on their brain stem to help them focus. I also like to start something like Peppermint and Wild Orange  diffusing  in the house.

Then it's dinner time so we're using On Guard soap to wash our hands, and the On Guard Cleaner Concentrate with some water in a glass spray bottle to clean off the counters after meal prep is over.

Time for a Serenity bath for the little ones. I keep a mason jar of Epsom salts with 2-5 drops of Serenity under my bathroom counter. It's easy to give the jar a few shakes and pour 1/2 cup salt into the bath water. The salt acts as a carrier for the oils!

Then we brush with On Guard Toothpaste and myself and my tweens use the fabulous doTERRA skincare to keep our skin looking healthy and blemish free.

Time for bed!  I love using my homemade "Sweet Dreams" roll on in case the kids need extra support for slowing down. It's a combination of Vetiver, Basil & Lavender oils.

Then, after a great nights sleep, I love using a "Happy Blend" of Wild Orange & Peppermint on everyone's feet as I'm waking them up. The peppermint oxygenates their blood, and the citrus induces happy feelings. There's nothing like waking up on the right side of the bed every morning!! Thanks doTERRA :)
